Loading and transport locomotives
Loading and transport locomotives are universal railway machines. They are used to transport crews to work sites, transport goods, use as a traction unit and much more. Depending on the configuration of the machine, the locomotive can be equipped with a crane, drilling rig, snow removal or other equipment, and also differ in the size of the platform and the passenger capacity of the cab.

The locomotive is a self-propelled two-axle vehicle. On the front console is a carrier cabin with a crane. On the rear console under the hood is a power plant (YaMZ-238 B-33 diesel engine), transmitting power through a V-belt drive to a three-phase generator, and through a hydraulic transmission and a cardan drive to axle gearboxes of wheel sets and a compressor.

The locomotive is a self-propelled two-axle vehicle. On the front console is a carrier cabin with a crane. In the middle part, under the frame of the machine, a power plant (diesel YaMZ-238 B-33), transmitting power through a hydraulic transmission to a three-phase generator, cardan shafts for driving axle gearboxes of wheel sets, a hydraulic pump for a quiet (technological) running system. The air compressor receives rotation from the output shaft of the hydraulic transmission through a V-belt transmission.

Available in two versions:
With a cabin with a passenger capacity increased to 22 seats (for increased track crews and inspection trips) or with a cabin for 8 seats (a motor locomotive specialized for track work and transportation of goods).

The locomotive is a self-propelled two-axle vehicle. On the front console there is a carrier cabin with increased passenger capacity (up to 22 people, including service personnel) with a crane. In the middle part, under the frame of the machine, a power plant (diesel YaMZ-238 B-33), transmitting power through a hydraulic transmission to a three-phase generator, cardan shafts for driving axle gearboxes of wheel sets, a hydraulic pump for a quiet (technological) running system. The air compressor receives rotation from the output shaft of the hydraulic transmission through a V-belt transmission.

This is a modular machine with an enlarged undercarriage (18500 mm), on the rear console there is a crane-manipulator whose load moment is 28.8 tm.

Машина представляет собой самоходный двухосный экипаж. На передней части рамы расположена кабина управления с 8-ю посадочными местами. Доступ в кабину осуществляется через боковые двери. На задней коносли рамы машины монтируется краново-манипуляторная установка, позволяющая производить погрузку и разгрузку инструмента, оборудования и элементов строений инфраструктуры пути. Силовые установки размещены в средней части рамы под настилом.
Locomotives for loading and transport
In order to deliver a brigade of railway workers to the place of construction, repair or maintenance of the track, special equipment is used – loading and transport motor locomotives. This is a versatile piece of equipment that has several uses:
• delivery of workers;
• transportation of goods of various types and purposes (including travel tools);
• towing of other types of railway equipment and platforms, and so on.
Peculiarities
A motor locomotive is a sought-after “workhorse”, which can have different configurations depending on the needs of the brigade. If necessary, such equipment can be additionally equipped with a crane for working with heavy loads.
The drilling rig installed on a locomotive makes it possible to work with electric poles located along the railway tracks. The snow plow makes the truck a very effective cleaning technique in the winter.
Motor locomotives differ in the size of the working platform installed on the platform. Also, depending on the variety, this railway equipment may have a different passenger capacity.
