Motorized and mechanized platforms are used for work in conjunction with a laying crane – for transporting turnouts in large blocks. Platform with universal removable equipment designed to transport materials and equipment during the repair of railways.

The motor platform is designed to perform work together with a laying crane when laying or dismantling a railway track in 25 m sections with wooden or reinforced concrete sleepers during the repair or construction of railway tracks. The movement of the platform and the control of the working bodies are carried out from the cab. Operation is carried out outdoors in a temperate climate at an ambient temperature of -10°С … +35°С, at an altitude of not more than 1000 meters above sea level.

The platform is intended for the transportation of materials and equipment during the repair of railway tracks. The platform is certified according to TU 3182 003-52398439-04, certificate of conformity No. SSFZhT RU. TsV02.B.04912.
The unified removable equipment (USO) installed on the platforms is designed to transport packages of rail links with a length of 12.5 m and 25 m.
Platforms
This type of transport railway equipment is used as a cargo area during construction, installation of new, dismantling of old sections of the track, maintenance of the track.
Platforms can be motorized and mechanized, they are mainly used in conjunction with railway cranes of various types. This allows you to load and unload, as well as move, if necessary, the contents of the platforms.
Peculiarities
The main areas of use of railway platforms:
• transportation of finished track sections (rails with sleepers);
• transportation of individual track components;
• transportation of turnouts separately and assembled in blocks;
• transportation of timber in logs;
• transportation of industrial equipment, cars, military equipment and so on.
Depending on the purpose, the platform can be equipped with universal removable equipment for securing cargo and ensuring transportation safety.
