The track cleaning machine is designed for mechanized clearing of snow and spillage of internal railway tracks of 1520 mm gauge.
The main difference from railway cranes is the absence of a cargo winch and outriggers, as well as the presence of brush equipment, which is installed in place of the crane boom. As cleaning elements of the brush, cuttings of cargo ropes with a diameter of 18 … 20 mm and a length of 1050 mm are used.
The machine has a unified multi-engine diesel-electric drive on three-phase alternating current with a voltage of 380 V, a frequency of 50 Hz.

The self-propelled snow-removing train is designed to clear snow from railway tracks, including turnouts and necks, loading into its own body with subsequent mechanized unloading in designated areas or in the process of working to the side, and consisting of a head car, intermediate gondola cars (one or two) , a gondola car and a section of a traction power plant (with a capacity of 656 or 800 kW).

The single-car self-propelled snow-removing machine is designed to clear snow from railway station tracks, including turnouts and necks; loading into own body with subsequent mechanized unloading in designated areas. The machine is equipped with: an ice breaker, video surveillance cameras for the snow loading and unloading area, a radio station, a preheating system, a fuel consumption control system.

A high-performance crushed stone cleaning machine with a capacity of up to 1200 cubic meters per hour, which performs layer-by-layer laying of cleaned ballast on the way, separating it into fractions and compacting the cut surface before laying geotextiles or polystyrene foam boards and compacting the first (lower) layer of cleaned ballast. The machine is intended for cleaning of crushed stone ballast from weeds with the selection of weeds away from the track or into a special rolling stock. At maximum capacity, the cleaning width reaches 5m and the depth is 60cm.

The machine is designed for use on the 1520 mm gauge railway network, with R50, R65, R75 rails on reinforced concrete and wooden sleepers, with all types of rail fastenings, all types of ballast in a temperate climate at an ambient temperature of +35 to +4ºС and from -2 to -10ºС.

The composition for weeds is used for the current maintenance and repair of the railway track in conjunction with high-performance crushed stone cleaning machines and complexes, harvesters, machines for cleaning and cutting ditches. The composition for weeds consists of two identical modules. Each module includes five storage gondola cars and one end car. The composition is intended for mechanized accumulation, transportation to the place of unloading, unloading in specially designated places or reloading into another composition of weeds.

The gondola car is manufactured in two versions: with DGU and fuel tank, without DGU and fuel tank.

The management team consists of up to 4 people. A self-propelled platform allows you to independently get to the place of work.
