Travel tool
The track tool is used on railways and enterprises that have railways. The weight of the tool usually does not exceed 100 kg, and is used for the maintenance and repair of the track. Despite the fact that today track equipment is widely used to solve many issues regarding repairs, the track tool is still relevant on the railway.
Rail cutting machine with a power of 1.7 kW
For cutting body-hardened and non-hardened rails
Performs three consecutive operations:
• drilling a hole;
• double-sided chamfering;
• hardening of the hole by rolling.
Drilling, chamfering and hardening of each hole takes no more than 3.5 minutes.
The versatility of the two-speed machine allows you to use any available drills of the required diameter for drilling.
The machine is easy to handle and control, for convenience and safety of work, it automatically turns off after the operation is completed and the spindle returns to its original position.
The machine is reliable both in the field and in stationary conditions.
Rail cutting machine with a power of 4.4 kW
For drilling bolt holes in body-hardened and non-hardened rails and hardening them by chamfering and rolling
Performs three consecutive operations:

5.0 kW rail cutter
For cutting through-hardened and non-hardened rails 80 m/s
• Powerful single-cylinder two-stroke gasoline engine “Stihl” with forced air cooling and centrifugal friction clutch.
• The cutter is mounted on a swivel 2-link articulated rail, allowing the operator to select their preferred cutting path from a wide range of options.
AD type electrical units
The main models for powering travel power tools and welding units
• Provide power to power tools and electrical appliances: grinders, lighting fixtures, drills, sharpeners, circular saws, electric planes, woodworking machines, water pumps, concrete mixers, etc.
• Are completed with the reliable economic small-sized diesel engine.
• Available in three-phase 230V, 400V, single-phase 230V and combined single-phase 230V/three-phase 400V.
• Complies with regulatory requirements for power quality and radio interference levels.
• Compound voltage regulation system, etc.
Electric units type AB
• Provide power to power tools and electrical appliances: grinders, lighting fixtures, drills, sharpeners, circular saws, electric planes, woodworking machines, water pumps, concrete mixers, etc.
• Are completed with the reliable economic small-sized petrol engine.
• Available in three-phase 230V, 400V, single-phase 230V and combined single-phase 230V/three-phase 400V.
• Complies with regulatory requirements for power quality and radio interference levels.
• Compound voltage regulation system.
• The electrical safety system controls the reduction of the insulation level of the generator and connected consumers at any point in the network.
• All parts and components of the units have a high-quality protective and decorative coating.
Universal welding unit of block-modular type
For arc welding and power supply of mechanized traveling tools.
• Ignition stability and arc stability in a wide range of modes.
• High seam quality with minimal spatter.
• High productivity when welding difficult materials in difficult conditions.
• The source is highly efficient due to its high internal frequency.
• Allows stepless regulation of the welding current over the entire range from 40 to 200 A.
• Possibility of connection of the electric tool with a total power up to 5 kW.
• Small dimensions and weight.
• On request, complete with: handles, wheels for transportation, junction boxes, protective shutdown devices, large-capacity fuel tanks.
Grinding machine
For lifting and straightening the rail-sleeper grid during the repair and current maintenance of the railway track
• Railroad preferred jack layout with pump above hydraulic cylinder.
• Modern seals made of polymeric and composite materials.
• The strong bearing basis of cellular and box section.
• Extended working share and special leveling share with fixed positions.
• Unified hydraulic pump with forced plunger return.
• Collapsible hydraulic cylinder with stroke limiter.
Screw wrench 1100 Nm torque
• For screwing and unscrewing terminal nuts, embedded bolts and travel screws
• High torque up to 1100 Nm for bulkheading of old track gratings.
• Visual control and setting the required torque.
• Lack of reactive moment on the handles.
Two spindle speeds allow you to unscrew (pull off) deformed rusted nuts at low speed, followed by unscrewing at high speeds.
Modifications of this key with an internal combustion engine and an electric motor are produced.
Path tool
To maintain the railway tracks in working order, for scheduled maintenance or repair, modern professional track tools are needed. With its help, any work with rails, sleepers, ballast, crutches and other gauge elements will be completed as quickly and safely as possible.
Peculiarities
The railway track is a fairly simple structure that must be maintained within a strictly defined time frame. From the very beginning of the construction of railways, man has used tools suitable for this purpose, including:
• hammers for hammering crutches;
• shovels for dumping ballast;
• picks;
• chisels and so on.
Today, the list has become noticeably more extensive: mechanized electric tools have been added to hand tools, which has made it possible to increase the efficiency of maintenance and repair of communication lines.
Industrial-railway tooling is a small but important part of railroad maintenance. While moving, a railway car can wear out the rails, cause them to deform, and squeeze out the ballast. Track tools help keep the rails in good condition so they can last as long as possible.
