Railcars
Railcars in various versions are designed to perform various works – installation, repair, emergency recovery, etc. Railcars, depending on the configuration, can be used when working with a contact network, for transporting goods, delivering people to the place of work and much more.
Railcar diesel assembly
The isolated mounting platform of the railcar allows carrying out work on the maintenance of the contact network without removing the voltage in it.
Intended for:
• performance of installation, repair, emergency recovery work of the contact network on electrified railways under voltage of 3.3 kV DC and 27.5 kV AC;
• transportation of platforms with various cargoes;
• power supply to consumers in the field;
• carrying out shunting operations and transportation of work crews.
Railcar diesel mounting universal
The motorcar is a self-propelled two-axle carriage. On the forward console the carrying cabin with the crane is located. The power plant of the railcar is located under the frame of the machine, which allows you to transport more cargo without a trailer platform.
Intended for:
• performance of installation, repair, emergency recovery work of the contact network;
• transportation of platforms with various cargoes;
• power supply to consumers in the field;
• shunting operations and transportation of work crews, etc.
Railcar with an enlarged platform for the transportation of contact network buildings
Intended for:
• performance of installation, repair, emergency recovery work of the contact network;
• transportation of platforms with various cargoes;
• power supply to consumers in the field;
• shunting operations and transportation of work crews, etc.
A distinctive feature is a large area of the frame flooring, free for the transportation of contact network buildings.
Railcar diesel assembly with a drilling rig
The railcar is equipped with all the necessary equipment for digging pits for the installation of contact network supports.
Intended for:
• drilling pits for the installation of contact network supports;
• maintenance, installation and dismantling of contact network supports and its other elements;
• transportation of platforms with various cargoes;
• power supply 380/220 V, 50 Hz for consumers in the field, incl. carrying out welding work;
• carrying out shunting operations and transportation of work crews.
Railcar for work with a contact network
Specialized for work on suspension of contact and carrier wires
Intended for:
• rolling wires and lifting them to the design position, installing strings, clamps, other components and parts of the contact network;
• reinforcement of supports with consoles, brackets, racks and other structures;
• transfers over the tops of wire supports mounted from the field side;
• anchoring of mounted wires;
• movement of unrolling platforms and technological wagons;
• power supply to consumers in the field;
• carrying out shunting operations and transportation of work crews.
Light railcar of general purpose for subways, industrial and warehouse complexes.
The machine is a general purpose self-propelled carriage. A crane-manipulator installation is mounted on the rear console of the frame, in the middle part closer to the front console – a control cabin. The diesel engine and gearbox are located under the hood connected to the driver’s cab. For the transportation of goods, the frame flooring is used between the cab and the crane-manipulator. AGM-2 is equipped with an automatic monitoring and control system (ASCM) that receives and processes signals from the sensors of the track machine and displays the operating parameters of the systems on the driver’s console monitor.
Railcar modular
Intended for:
– Transportation of teams of track workers and tools to the place of work on the current maintenance and repair of the track;
– Carrying out loading and unloading operations;
– Using the functionality of transported modules;
– Maintenance of railway communications systems in good condition;
– Implementation of installation, repair and emergency recovery work of the contact network on electrified railways.
Electric railcar for flaw detection
is designed to control rails of types R50, R65, R75, laid in the railway track, using ultrasonic and magnetic flaw detection methods.
The railcar can be operated in any weather conditions and at any time of the day at an ambient temperature of -40 to +40°C (in ultrasonic control mode at a temperature of -30 to +40°C).
The motorcar is equipped with the CLUB-UP security system, has, in addition to service rooms, rooms for long-term stay and rest of the service personnel.
Inspection railcar of increased comfort
The railcar is intended for the transportation of the inspection commission for the control of the track and track facilities.
Equipped with control and virtual equipment.
Comfortable conditions for work and leisure have been created for members of the commission, including: a kitchen, a shower, rest rooms, a toilet and climate control.
Motorcar for the transportation of enlarged brigades
The railcar provides the movement of a trailer load weighing 60 tons.
Advantages
• Large roomy cabin and cargo compartment;
• Blinds of a cargo compartment have the manual and electromechanical drive;
• Retractable cargo platform;
• Wide possibilities of interior transformation;
• High transport speed (up to 130 km/h);
• Good visibility;
• A high degree of localization of domestic components and assemblies, determines the low cost of repairs;
• Availability of a sanitary unit, a kitchen, and a room for drying clothes.
Railcar for maintenance of the contact network
Railcar for maintenance of the contact network
Railcar diesel mounting is designed for:
– transportation of rolling stock to the place of work;
– performance of loading and unloading operations;
– performance of installation and emergency recovery work of the contact network of electrified railways with de-energized;
– transportation of goods, including: rail lashes, tools and mechanisms;
– transportation of work crews;
– performance of shunting works;
– power supply to consumers.
Railcar for work on electrified sections of railways
Railcar for work on electrified sections of railways
The railcar is designed to increase the level of mechanization of labor during the maintenance of power supply devices on electrified sections of railways with a voltage of direct current 3.3 kV or alternating current 27.5 kV, as well as accelerated delivery of repair personnel to the place of work and improve working conditions.
It is equipped with an uninsulated lifting and turning working platform with a floor area of 7.5 sq.m, a current collector with a grounding device, a tension winch for pulling the contact wire, a viewing lamp for inspecting the contact network, lighting devices for working at night, a radio station, an intercom .
Emergency recovery work is carried out with the removal of voltage in the contact network.
Railcars
If the railway team needs to perform various installation, repair, and restore the site after an emergency, there is a need for specialized equipment. For such work, railcars are usually used – special equipment with a high degree of versatility and functionality.
Peculiarities
As a rule, railcars are used for maintenance, repair, installation and dismantling of contact networks. However, there are additionally different configurations that can be used for tasks such as:
• movement of various types of cargo;
• transportation of towed equipment;
• delivery of work crews and traveling tools to the place of work.
The most common option is such a type of equipment as an assembly railcar, equipped with an isolated working platform for the installation, dismantling, maintenance and repair of contact networks without the need to turn off the voltage in them.
This allows you to perform work safely and quickly, without stopping the movement of electric locomotives and other electric railway equipment on a specific section of the track.
